We are pleased to represent some of the finest and most unique artists and creative entrepreneurs from around the globe at Art World Expo TM. Artists working in an array of mediums may now apply for the 2017 and 2018 events. We are also still accepting vendors for the 2017 Christmas Fair. *Please note we also register artisans for the 2018/2019 events one year in advance. If you are interested in 2018/2019 shows, please specify in your submission form.

TORONTO or EDMONTON: We will be doing virtual meetings with vendors. Please book a time by emailing artists@theartworldexpo.com

VANCOUVER MEETINGS: All vendors in the Greater Vancouver area are encouraged to attend meetings and learn from free information sessions covering topics such as sales, marketing, auction procedures and registration. We also invite guest speakers and vendors to showcase at meetings! Let us know if you would like to teach something or share your business as a featured vendor at a meeting! All meetings are held from 6-8pm at MAB Art Studio & Boutique Gallery at 1335 Pemberton Avenue, North Vancouver, BC. (604) 999 6177 Please register for a minimum of ONE meeting via https://mabventures.fullslate.com/  Artists and vendors are encouraged to attend all meetings and participate to fully maximize their exhibition, promotional and sale opportunities.

Enjoy various online and in person meeting times to help you get ready and promote your exhibition with us. We offer intensive social media marketing training, ticket sale commissions and affiliate marketing, as well as exclusive offers to artists and exhibitors who attend information sessions. Please review the dates in your exhibition package and confirm at least one meeting within the year of your exhibition by emailing your dates to artists@theartworldexpo.com

STEP THREE: ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND CONFIRMED A MEETING, ORGANIZERS WILL SEND INFORMATION VIA EMAIL  APPROPRIATE TO YOUR ENTRY. (ARTIST VENDOR, BUSINESS VENDOR, PERFORMER, OR BODY PAINTER) YOU WILL ALSO BE ADDED TO OUR MAILING LIST SO YOU CAN STAY IN THE LOOP AND GET EXCLUSIVE OFFERS AND INVITES TO EVENTS, EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION OFFERS AND SPECIALS FROM OUR STUDIO AND GALLERY IN NORTH VANCOUVER.

Artist Membership-Private Member’s only group with over 300 members: past vendors and people who have participated in AWE 2010-Present in Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton. (One year membership)

Newsletter Listing-One advertisement in monthly newsletter with over 5600 subscribers.

Coaching Calls-one coaching call per month: social media help, strategies, artist advice, etc.

Artist Meetings-Learn about various business related topics in our bi-monthly meetings. Social media, marketing strategies, promotions, etc.

Auctions-All vendors can participate in the silent and live auctions. 50% of the sales go to Make and Break Arts Foundation and the other 50% of sales go to the vendor.

Social Media Marketing-shares, retweets and reposts on our social media account(s) throughout the year. Use #artworldexpo hashtag anytime and we’ll share!

Website Features-Vendors can participate in a written and/or video interview which is published on http://www.theartworldexpo.com and/or on our Youtube Channel. The interview(s) stay on our site and channel indefinitely.

Ticket Sales Commissions-All Vendors can sign up to sell tickets to the event and earn $10 on each ticket sale that goes through their affiliate code. Even if you’re not participating in a show in the Edmonton or Toronto events or only doing the Christmas Fair, sign up and sell some tickets and earn some cash by helping other vendors get the word out! Share on your social media or directly email your link to contacts in other cities and make some comissions while being part of the ticket sales team! Booth at the Event-Approximately 8x10ft booth at the event. Does not include any tables, walls or display. All vendors are responsible for their own set up, take down, etc. Vendors can purchase guest tickets for helpers or their own volunteers for $10 per ticket with a limit of 4 tickets per booth. No tickets required for the Christmas Fair.

  1. I would love to vulenteer at art expo .im available any time for any set ups modelling.for any artistic statement or dance. Also help all venders as a runner for things needed. Thsnk you for for oppurtunity to be with like minded artist.
