We are pleased to represent some of the finest and most unique artists and creative entrepreneurs from around the globe at Art World Expo TM. Artists working in an array of mediums may now apply for the 2022/2023 events *Please note we also register artisans for events one year in advance. If you are interested in 2023/2024 shows, please specify in your submission form.

Sidewalk Saturdays-Spot under our tent from 3pm-8pm Fridays and 10am-6pm Saturdays during the summer. $50/day. No commission on your sales.
STEP TWO: JOIN OUR MEMBER’S AREA
OUTSIDE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA: We will be doing virtual meetings with vendors. Please book a time by emailing email@example.com
VIRTUAL MEETINGS: We make it mandatory that all of our vendors watch our virtual meetings. They are recorded live so vendors can watch them later. Vendor learn from free information sessions covering topics such as sales, marketing, auction procedures and registration. We also invite guest speakers to virtual meetings who offer training in specialized areas. Virtual meetings are held once every two months and no more than 30 minutes.
We offer intensive social media marketing training, ticket sale commissions and affiliate marketing, as well as exclusive offers to artists and exhibitors who attend information sessions. Additional sales training, marketing services are available at https://www.mabartstudio.com/BE-A-VENDOR.php

STEP THREE: ONCE YOU HAVE FILLED IN YOUR FORM AND JOINED OUR MEMBER’S ONLY AREA, ORGANIZERS WILL SEND INFORMATION VIA EMAIL APPROPRIATE TO YOUR ENTRY. (ARTIST VENDOR, BUSINESS VENDOR, PERFORMER, OR BODY PAINTER) YOU WILL ALSO BE ADDED TO OUR MAILING LIST SO YOU CAN STAY IN THE LOOP AND GET EXCLUSIVE OFFERS AND INVITES TO EVENTS, EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION OFFERS AND SPECIALS FROM OUR STUDIO AND GALLERY IN NORTH VANCOUVER.
One Year Artist Membership-Private Member’s only group with over 300 members: past vendors and people who have participated in AWE 2010-Present in Vancouver, Toronto and Edmonton. (One year membership)
Newsletter Listing-One advertisement in monthly newsletter with over 7500 subscribers on our list.
Coaching Calls-One 30 minute coaching call per month: social media help, strategies, artist advice, etc.
Artist Meetings-Learn about various business related topics in our bi-monthly meetings. Social media, marketing strategies, promotions, etc. Artists can watch from anywhere in virtual streams.
Auctions-All vendors can participate in the silent and live auctions. 50% of the sales go to Make and Break Arts Foundation and the other 50% of sales go to the vendor. Auctions occur at our events and also online each month.
Social Media Marketing-shares, retweets and reposts on our social media account(s) throughout the year. Use #artworldexpo hashtag anytime and we’ll share!
Website Features-Vendors can participate in a written and/or video interview which is published on http://www.theartworldexpo.com and/or on our Youtube Channel. The interview(s) stay on our site and channel indefinitely.
Ticket Sales Commissions-All Vendors can sign up to sell tickets to the event and earn $10 on each ticket sale that goes through their affiliate code.
Booth at the Event-Booths do not include any tables, walls or display. All vendors are responsible for their own set up, take down, etc. and will be required to ensure their booth is professionally set up with appropriate displays.
